Our Fundamentals Course at CrossFit Preferred is the perfect way to start your CrossFit journey with confidence. This program includes an intro session to assess your fitness level & goals, followed by 4 expert-led Fundamental Classes to teach you proper form, technique, and key movements. You’ll also get unlimited access to regular CrossFit classes for the rest of the month, allowing you to transition smoothly into our training community. Whether you’re new to fitness or just new to CrossFit, this course will set you up for success in a safe, supportive environment.
